Memorial Elementary PTO - Walk-A-Thon Donation

Instructions

We are using PayPal to process all transactions.

Select your donation amount. You can choose one of our suggested amounts, or enter one of your own amounts.
Enter the student's name to whom you are donating for. By entering a name, the student and their class can get credit for prizes!
Enter the student's grade and teacher. If you don't know the teacher or grade you can leave them blank -- but be sure to at least enter a student name
Review your information and press the DONATE button. You will now be taken to PayPal to process the donation.

Once you click the donate button, you now must process your payment through PayPal:

Log into PayPal (if you have an account) or choose to Pay with a Debit or Credit Card. When paying by debig/credit you do not need to log in.

Please also provide the following information. This helps for us to track donations for class and student prizes!

Student Name: Please provide the full student name (first and last name).

Grade: Teacher: Select the grade and teacher for the class the student is in. If you do not know the teacher, just specify the grade. Be sure to also provide the student's name above.
